1:1 sessions
Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to the full session fee. Please reach out as early as possible — life happens, and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Packages
3 Session Packages are valid for 6 months from the date of your first booking. Individual sessions within a package can be rescheduled with 24 hours' notice. Packages are non-refundable once begun, but every effort is made to complete all sessions within the validity window.
Retreats
Retreat deposits are typically non-refundable due to the limited-capacity, held-container nature of the work and the preparation involved. Specific deposit and balance terms are shared clearly during the application process before you commit. If a retreat is cancelled by the practitioner, any payments made will be refunded or credited.
No-shows
If you miss a booked session without notice, a friendly follow-up will be sent with an option to reschedule. Repeated no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings.
